Mattia Brigatti

Mattia has been part of Morpurgo e Associati since January 2025.

He provides legal assistance in employment law, both in litigation and out-of-court matters, supporting established businesses and top executives.

Mattia has gained significant professional experience at the law firms Grompe Redaelli e Associati and Watson Farley & Williams, also working in Paris for a six-month period.

He is currently achieving a PhD in Labour Law at the University of Milano-Bicocca, his alma mater, during which he spent a research period at the Sorbonne University in Paris. He also collaborates with the university as a subject expert and has previously carried out research activities as a scholarship holder.
